This policy governs the cancellation mechanism for orders placed through the Dozer platform, clarifying the rights and obligations of the customer, the store (seller), and Dozer regarding order cancellations prior to or after shipment.
This policy shall be read in conjunction with:
Terms & Conditions.
Refund Policy.
Shipping Policy.
Warranty Policy (upon adoption).
Dozer is an electronic platform connecting customers and stores to facilitate buying and selling transactions.
Dozer is not considered the seller or manufacturer of the products; its role is strictly limited to managing orders and facilitating payment and delivery operations.
The customer may request order cancellation at any time prior to the store dispatching or handing over the order to the delivery company.
Acceptance of the cancellation request is subject to the order status at the time of submission.
If the order has not yet been shipped, the customer may submit a cancellation request.
Upon approval of the cancellation:
The order is canceled.
If the order was paid for electronically, the amount will be refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy.
The customer incurs no shipping fees if dispatch procedures have not commenced.
If the order has been shipped or handed over to the delivery company, the customer may request cancellation, provided that:
The customer bears shipping costs and return fees unless the cancellation stems from an error by the store or the delivery company.
This right does not affect return eligible cases under the Refund Policy.
If the store determines after order acceptance that the product is unavailable:
It may propose a replacement product.
The customer has the right to accept or decline the substitute.
In the event of customer refusal:
The order is canceled.
If paid electronically, the full amount will be refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy.
The store reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
Product unavailability.
Occurrence of a material error in product details or pricing.
Inability to fulfill the order due to circumstances beyond the store's control.
Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
The store must provide a clear reason for cancellation whenever feasible.
Dozer reserves the right to cancel any order if it finds:
Presence of fraud or attempted fraud.
Violation of Terms & Conditions.
Violation of applicable laws.
Failure to complete the payment transaction.
A security risk to the platform or its users.
Incorrect information affecting order fulfillment.
If an order is canceled and the customer qualifies for a refund, processing will occur according to the original payment method used and in line with procedures established by the payment service provider.
Refund processing timelines may vary based on the financial institution.
If a customer selects Cash on Delivery (COD) and refuses to accept delivery without a legitimate reason after dispatch:
Dozer reserves the right to restrict or revoke the COD option for that customer on future orders.
The customer may be required to utilize electronic payment methods.
In cases of repeated violations, the account may be suspended or terminated under the Terms & Conditions.
If Dozer determines that a customer or store is utilizing cancellation requests repeatedly or intentionally to harm another party or circumvent platform rules, appropriate measures may be taken, including:
Issuing warnings.
Temporary account suspension.
Restriction of specific services.
Account termination in severe cases.
This policy shall be read in conjunction with:
Terms & Conditions.
Refund Policy.
Shipping Policy.
Privacy Policy.
In case of conflict, each document shall be interpreted within its respective scope.
Dozer reserves the right to amend this policy at any time to comply with legal or operational requirements.
The updated version will be published on the application or website, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the amendments.
This policy comes into effect as of its publication date on the Dozer platform and remains valid until amended or replaced.
By using the Dozer platform or submitting a purchase order, the user acknowledges that they have:
Read the Cancellation Policy in its entirety.
Understood its terms and conditions.
Agreed to comply with them.
Recognized that the acceptance or rejection of a cancellation request depends on the order status at the time of submission.
